Your Summer Drink is Here!This summer, keep it fresh with Rebel's Mocha Frappe. Part coffee, part vegan milk and part Liquid Cocoa, this simple but satisfying drink will keep your energy level up and your body temperature down during those warm and sticky July days.
- 5-7 coffee ice cubes
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk of your choice
- 2 Tbsp Rebel Liquid Cocoa (plus some more for the top)
- Coconut whipped cream
- Optional: cocoa nibs, vegan chocolate chip, mint extract, fresh mint leaves
- Brew your favourite coffee, cool, pour into an ice cube tray, and freeze.
- Add the coffee cubes, milk and liquid cocoa to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a cup.
- Top with your toppings of choice, if using.
