This chocolate is full bodied with a low level of acidity and very light fruity finish. Fluidity level is good.
About the Origin
The fine beans used to craft this chocolate couverture were produced by dedicated farmers from a small community in Tierralta, which is located in the Northern Colombian region of Cordoba. In 2014, these beans placed 2nd during the Cacao de Oro competition which annually ranks the best flavor beans in Colombia.
Cocoa beans (beans from Colombia), sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin) and vanilla. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
Unopened, the chocolates have a shelf-life of 24 months when kept in a dry place between 12 and 18° C.
