About the Origin
The cacao beans behind this chocolate are from the famous Sambirano Valley of Madagascar and are fine flavor grade (Trinatario). Cacao beans from this origin were at the forefront of the Bean to Bar movement in the United States and to this day are regularly used in award-winning bars from various makers from around the world.
Cocoa beans (beans from Madagascar), sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin) and vanilla. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
Unopened, the chocolates have a shelf-life of 24 months when kept in a dry place between 12 and 18° C.
